 Any returns must be completed within 30 days of the receipt of order for a credit to be issued.

| Any carpet that has been installed is not returnable.
|
| |
| All returns are charged a 25% restocking fee.

| This restocking fee is credited on any new order placed within receipt of the original order as long
as the new order is for a dollar amount at least equal to the original order for material.

| Shipping is non-refundable in any case and return shipping is the responsibility
of the buyer.
